The artwork, created by neurodiverse artists, is used with permission and for the purpose of supporting the artists and their community. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

3. Products & Pricing 

  • We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as our candles are handmade, slight variations may occur. 

  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

  • We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. 

4. Orders & Payment 

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. 

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 

  • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information. 

5. Limitation of Liability
The Illuminarte' shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
