Order Processing
- Please allow [2-3] business days for our team to process and pack your order.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Local Shipping (Within Singapore)
- Standard Shipping:
- Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $80 SGD.
- For orders below $80 SGD, a flat rate of $5 SGD will apply.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
- These timeframes may vary during busy periods & festive season. So please place your order 3-4 weeks in advance for bulk, corporate or gifts to avoid disappointment.

- Need your order sooner? We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15 SGD.
